About Us

Carehub@Sims was started by a team of healthcare entrepreneurs with vast background in medical, nursing & business accountancy. The team recognized the power of team-based care and created a space to bring together healthcare services to the community.

 

As we move into holistic care for every of our residents, Carehub @Sims aims to provide comprehensive medical, nursing, psychological and other supportive therapy service to the neighbourhood.

Our aim is to allow residents in the community to access supportive services on a self-referred basis or through partnerships with General Practitioners, Eldercare centres and Nursing homes.
